Our BBQ meats are prepared in the old fashioned southern tradition. Only the top cuts of meat are smoked for hours
to “fall off the bone” perfection. We use a special blend of tangy sauces and dry rubs, which compliment the hickory-
smoked flavor. Please allow 2 days minimum for your order.
